自建邮箱被 Outlook / live / hotmail 退信解决方法
问题描述
邮箱使用 Docker-mailserver 搭建，邮件得分10分。 可以发送到QQ邮箱，Gmail等邮箱，发送到 Outlook 被退信，显示如下：
解决办法
仔细阅读 Outlook.com Postmaster ，您必须满足以下条件：
- 确保你的 SPF 记录为
example.com IN TXT “v=spf1 -all”（注意: 组织应将 example.com 替换为自己的域名或子域名）。 - 确保已经设置 rDNS/PTR 解析。
- 服务器地址为固定IP。
- 服务器地址未被列入垃圾邮件黑名单。访问 blacklistalert 进行测试。
访问此网址 新建支持请求 创建问题请求。
访问 Office 365 反垃圾邮件 IP 去除门户，输入被退信的电子邮件地址。
系统会向邮箱内发送一份去除IP地址的邮件：
点击确认电子邮件地址后再点击去除IP地址：
点击链接，继续填写，可以像下方这样填写，注意改成自己的：
提交后等待即可！不久后收到一份邮件，大概意思就是无法解封我们的IP地址。

We're currently in the process of communicating with Microsoft, seeking a delisting for your IP.
Given the unpredictable nature of Microsoft's processes and timelines, it is difficult for us to provide a precise time estimate of when this issue will be resolved. In our experience, Microsoft occasionally blacklists IPs randomly, without clear or predictable reasoning. This blacklisting isn't necessarily indicative of a spammer sharing your IP block or a bad neighbor on the network. Rather, it's part of the unpredictable behavior a lot have come to expect from Microsoft. This has affected many alternative cloud providers outside the 'Big 3' (Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), leading some to speculate that it could be a strategic move on Microsoft's end to drive more business towards their own cloud brand, Microsoft Azure. This, of course, is speculation and not confirmed.
What further complicates matters is that Microsoft does not offer an official public IP blacklist checker, making it hard for providers like us to definitively determine which IPs Microsoft may perceive as blacklisted. The only real way we can confirm whether an IP is perceived as blacklisted is by sending an email from the IP in question to an email hosted on the Microsoft network. This indirect approach adds yet another layer of complexity to the situation.
